The plegubox is a box to counteract the social and professional isolation caused by teleworking. This box contains objects related to the 5 senses that allow employees to rediscover the sensations of pre-confinement life. Collaborative work and communication between your employees will be accentuated thanks to the riddles and will thus promote their well-being at work.
The Plegusanko group is made up of Marine, Alexis, Istvan and César. We are carrying out a project born from a need, that of (re) finding social interaction in telework. From this need came our problem: "What solutions can we propose to alleviate the harmful effects of social and professional isolation due to telework? "
Our offer of help is based on personal feelings, as well as on studies and testimonials from teleworkers. After a lot of brainstorming, a more or less concrete idea was born. That of a "box" allowing its users a new playful and collective dimension within telework.

This box, this "thing" still too little defined at that moment, would offer a new, solid and lasting social bond between employees of the same company. It will enhance team spirit, with the aim of improving professional cohesion.
Employees would see their isolation, sometimes by force of circumstances, rewarded by receiving a set of puzzles including technologies based on the 5 senses. Solving these immersive puzzles, like remote escape-games, will strengthen socio-professional ties between employees.
The added value of this solution, now called "Plegubox", is that of a better yield over time, for the company and its employees. Redefining the future interaction of teleworkers is for us the very essence of their effectiveness.
